The Hollow Roblox puzzle loop is the same on every floor: each floor is a maze whose layout and puzzle-room position are randomized each time you enter, so a route you memorised does not carry over to the next run. Each floor holds one puzzle room and one Relic, and the sequence is always the same — take the elevator up, find the puzzle room, solve the floor's puzzle, collect the Relic, and carry it back to the elevator, which is the exit and a safe room.
The Hollow Roblox puzzle rules that hold on every floor
- One puzzle floor per day. Only one floor's puzzle is open per day, and a new monster starts patrolling that floor while you search.
- The Relic is earned, not found. The Relic is only granted once the puzzle is solved, so you cannot pick it up and run.
- A catch costs you the floor. If a monster catches you, you respawn in the hub without the Relic and your progress on that floor resets, which means the puzzle has to be solved again.
- The maze gets worse as the event goes on. The layout is tighter and darker the later it is, and Floor 6 runs completely dark.
The eight floors and what each puzzle asks
The elevator panel goes from Floor 1 to Floor 9, and a new floor opens each day along with a new monster. Eight of those floors have a published puzzle to solve:
| Floor | Opens | The puzzle |
|---|---|---|
| Floor 1 | Day 1 | Five purple pieces arranged into a connected path |
| Floor 2 | Day 2 | Six pumpkin pillars turned inward inside 11 turns |
| Floor 3 | Day 3 | Gravestone lifespans sorted into three coffin dials |
| Floor 4 | Day 4 | A laser tile path memorised from the zombie's demonstration |
| Floor 5 | Day 5 | Mirrors turned so the beam reaches every one of them |
| Floor 6 | Day 6 | A three-colour cauldron recipe, carried in order |
| Floor 7 | Day 7 | Four pumpkins lit with a torch from the brazier |
| Floor 8 | Day 8 | Five items placed on five matching pedestals |
Each of those has its own walkthrough, starting with the Floor 1 puzzle.

Safe rooms and what happens when a monster catches you
Rooms whose entrance has a blue static effect are safe zones and monsters will not enter them. The puzzle room and the elevator room are safe as well, so a run always has places to regroup. The elevator matters twice over: it is the exit, and stepping into it with the Relic ends the run.
If a monster catches you, you respawn in the hub without the Relic and your progress on that floor resets. Nothing else is lost, which is why a partial solve is worth less than it looks — you have to redo the whole puzzle. The evasion guide covers how each monster hunts and what stops it.
What a solved floor pays out
Solving a floor's puzzle awards that day's maze prize — an exclusive UGC item plus a badge — and the Relic itself. The eight maze prizes are Lord Umberhallow BLOXikin, Witches Brew-nado, Festering Felix, Boo & Bub, Spore-Worn Traffic Cone, The Amazing Liquefactive Bighead, Candy Corn Rune Antlers and Rotten Pumpkin.
Because Floor 6 runs completely dark, buy a Flashlight or Night Vision Goggles with Tickets in the Little Shop of Terror before riding the elevator up. The rewards guide covers where every prize is claimed and how the maze prize fits with the rest of the event.
